Customer Service. With the turmoil that has fallen on the credit markets, customer service is more important than ever.  You need to know where you stand at all times, with this changing environment. 

The right loan.  Programs have been limited recently, however, some still exist.  You need to know if it is the right choice for you.  Don't be fooled and misled by radio and TV advertising offering something that looks too good to be true.  It usually is.  If there is a loan program that is better for you, and I don't have access to it, I'll tell you, and where to get it.

Purchase or refinance.   Whether purchasing a home, refinancing a home,  each has different rules.  It is a daily update of what is changing in the mortgage world.   I can tell you what is needed up front, so you don't have surprises at the closing.  I don't like those surprises, so I know you don't.  I want this to be an easy and enjoyable experience for you, because I want you back as a repeat customer, and your referrals.  My business has been built on this.  I don't have big budget advertising campaigns to pay for, I would rather pass that on in the way of savings for you.
